Service & Maintenance
The Fish Place can provide a wide variety of aquarium service, from simple delivery and setup to weekly, biweekly or monthly services such as maintenance. We extend a diverse variety of service calls: one time emergency visits, simple water changes or complete aquarium care. Tell us what you would like us to do and we’ll give you a reasonable price according to your specifications.
Our flexibility allows us to offer tank delivery and setup for new tank owners at a sensible price. During setup we will go over how the system works so the customer fully understands the equipment and the networking of the tank. Setup helps allow us to become familiarized with your tank and your equipment for any questions you may have in the future. Our setup also helps ensure correct construction and prevents common mistakes that could become problematic, especially for first time tank owners.
A standard maintenance call for your aquarium includes: Clean glass tops, scrub inside glass, wipe down outside glass, vacuum sand or gravel, partial water change, and clean or replace filters. We can provide new filter media when making service calls if needed, as well as desired fish, or other tank mates, supplies, or decorations. Pricing will vary based off of desired services rendered, distance from our store to the tank, aquarium size, and cost of water for maintenance.
